Meet ... Danny Ford is back on the pod to preview a huge weekend of rugby for Ealing 1871 Exiles and 1st XV.

Danny will lead the Exiles in a second consecutive Middlesex Merit Table 4 playoff final, as they take on Belsize Park at Wasps, kickoff at midday.

Meanwhile, the 1st XV head to Suffolk to take on Woodbridge in the national cup quarterfinals. Will their march to the finals day at the Stone X Arena continue?
