John Richards 1928-2025 Club Hon Secretary, Club Chairman, Vice President

This is to inform you that my father passed away today peacefully in his sleep at Whipps Cross Hospital at the grand age of 96. For a long time he had been ill but am now pleased he is now over all this.

He had always followed the club scores and news every week because he used to play for the club back in the 1960's and if you look back in the archives, he was on the committee when the club was affectionately known as Ealing Rugby Union Football Club and played on Berkeley Fields on Horsenden Hill.
