The start of the season 2019-20 season saw the entry of Ealing Trailfinders 1871 into the RFU leagues. This was a major change and one side-effect was a review of the playing awards. Here is the record of those changes.
"The Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Awards are presented at an annual dinner traditionally held immediately after the end of the season. The awards presented at the dinner include those that all club members are eligible for, plus specific awards for the members within the Men’s Section. The creation of the Ealing Trailfinders 1871 affiliation within the RFU means that this season, for the first time, the Men’s Section awards span the adult teams in both Ealing Trailfinders RFC and Ealing Trailfinders 1871 RFC. The Ealing Trailfinders Championship team is managed independently within Ealing Trailfinders Professional Rugby Management Limited (ETPRM) and makes its own awards."
