This was an extraordinary dinner as the Covid-19 pandemic meant restrictions prevented and competitive rugby taking place throughout the season and also prevented the annual Club Dinner from taking place. Well, not quite actually, as we were determined to celebrate the first season of playing in the RFU Leagues as Ealing Trailfinders 1871. In fact not only playing in our first season but also winning our league and gaining promotion.

Ealing 1871 decided to continue training right through this period and it was appropriate to hold and end of season dinner. Hence the 149th Dinner was held as a virtual Zoom Event.
